boot camp, Perrysburg

Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    PAX – Bongo, Venom, Dutch, Outhouse, Mile High, Jennay, Crab Legs, Huffy, Woodstock, Van Gogh, Chew Toy, Raven, Hannibal, Isosceles, TuPac, Patriot, Landslide, Bourbon

    Conditions – Nice and cool to start, then steadily increasing rainfall. The 19 PAX were increasingly weighted down by the rain and clinging dirt and mulch. The grassy field by the playground was no relief from the soaking wetness especially when the burpees began.

    The Thang
    50 – Plank Jacks
    40 – Swimmers (2 is 1)
    30 – Thunder Sit-ups
    20 – Carolina Dry Docks
    10 – Pull Ups
    Burp-icide, Suicides with burpees at each cone in escalating numbers, 1 Burpee at First cone, 2 at second, etc.

    Then reverse order and go back through the set.

    Most PAX got through 4-5 rounds.

    COR, NOR, Crab Legs was the 6 for the first time in over 2 years. It may or may not have been intentional by YHC. Great to hear his story.
    Prayers for the family that lost a member out on Lake Erie, sickness, and courage for leadership.
