Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    We had 9 hardy guys workout. After the review of F3 information we ran to the hill. It was a simple workout. It was a burpee mountain at the bottom of the hill and a starfish sit up mountain at the top of the hill. So you did a set of burpees, ran up the hill and did a corresponding set of starfish sit ups and back down the hill to start over again . The mountain started at 20 reps and went down from there. Attending were Johnathon Bourbon Burns, Josh Woodstock Brown, Jake Jennay Wittmer, Dan Van Gogh Miedema, Matt Stark Yarder, Jeff Spaulding Lonsbrough, Billy Hannibal Stark, George Dutch Bertz and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. We ended in a circle of trust.
