Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    PAX – Red Ryder, Mile High, Gepetto, Spaulding, Venom, Huckelberry, Huffy, Picasso, Woodstock

    QIC Woodstock

    Warmup – SSH, Windmills

    Home – 30 merkins
    Cone A – 30 squats
    Cone B – 30 flutter kicks
    Cone C – 30 plank Jack’s
    Cone D – 9 burpees

    (Note – reps of 30 because the Browns got slaughtered, 9 for the direct points Mayfield gave up with a Pick 6 and Safety. Not bitter at all).

    Round 1 – All PAX start at Home, do work, then go to any cone and do work. They then return to Home and repeat, adding a cone each time. For example, Home, Cone A. Home, Cone A, Cone C. Home, Cone A, Cone C, Cone B.
    End when all PAX were done with a 5 cone round.

    Round 2 – Repeat of Round 1, except PAX start at the cone they ended with – no escape 😉
