boot camp, Perrysburg

Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    We had a great time for 9 hardy men who were willing to brave the rain! Attending were Dan”Van Gogh” Miedema, Ron “Montoya” Stowers, Josh “Woodstock” Brown, Scott “Geppetto” Schutt, Samual “Mile High” Cordova, Tommy “Bongo” Davis, Chris “Chubb” Kinison, Jeff “Spaulding” Lonsbrough and the Q, Mark “Landslide” Trimble. We had 4 stations and we did everything in teams of 2. At Staion one, the team did 50 pull ups and 50 hanging knee ups. Station 2 were 50 dips. over head presses with a cement block and merkins. 3 were just 50 burpees. The last station was just running to a light pole and back twice. Each team started at a different station and just rotated through. We then ended in a circle of Trust.
