boot camp, Perrysburg

Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    FREEZING TEMPS – Negative 17 with windchill!
    But 9 PAX still showed up, showed out, and put in some work.

    The Thang
    Kept it simple and sheltered by the school.

    11’s or 21’s all morning long. Do one of the first exercise, run 20 yards, do 10 of the second. Run back and do 9 of the first, run back and 2 of the second…so on. Each should lap should equal 11 between the two exercise.
    Round 1 to get us warm quick was 11’s
    1.) Burpess
    2.) SSH

    Round 2 – 21’s – Same as 11’s but the count is 21
    1.) Merkins
    2.) Mountain Climbers (2 is 1)

    Pause for a Sprint across the frozen snowy field to start our cars before the last round so they would be nice and toasty after the COT.

    Round 3 – 21’s
    1.) Imperial Walkers
    2.) Pickle Pounders

    COR – NOR – Houdini was the six. Very heartfelt thanks was shared for the support he as received from this brotherhood while his wife battle cancer. We are all here for you. We know you would be for us. Prayers for Landslide’s wife’s speedy and continued recovery. Safe driving and outdoor activities in this weather, Coal’s friend Paul, Dirty’s family, and all us dad’s. When the moments are toughest, give us the strength to do what is right.
