Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!
The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

F3 Mission: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith; To plant, grow and serve men’s small workout groups, in order to invigorate male community leadership
Principles of F3:
• It must be free of charge
• It must be open to all men
• It must be held outdoor, rain or shine, hot or cold
• It must be peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the workout, with no training or certification necessary
• It must end with a Circle of Trust (COT)

Beatdown:
• Count off to determine order.
• All Pax started with Side straddle hops while they awaited their turn.
• Starting at foul line each pax would take a shot at the basket. If the shot was made, they moved to the next station and shot again. If the shot was missed, they would begin the exercise at that station until it was their turn to shoot again. After 2 missed shots, they would automatically proceed to the next station. Pax that makes it around the most times wins.

Jennay seriously miscalculated either how difficult it would be to shoot the ball accurately in the snow, or just plain terrible the pax is at basketball. Either way, it was decided that additional balls were needed and so Huffy went to gather more from his car. We continued the exercise with a higher rate of momentum and all Pax made it through at least once (most with the help of the 2 missed shot advance rule). In the end, 2 Pax shined as the MVPs. Houdini for making it the farthest and Venom for not making a single shot (even missed a layup at the end for good measure)
