The Funnel Ball Beatdown consist of a Funnel Ball Court (provide from the Fort Meigs Elementary playground equipment) and 3 basketballs (first 2 balls decide the exercise, and the 3rd is the exercise multiplier). The first 2 balls are shot and the exercises are determined by the tunnel numbers that the ball comes out of (1, 2, 3 or 4). The multiplier ball is determined the same way. then the ball was missed the multiplier would be 5. We shot the balls from 12 to 15 feet away. The breakdown of exercises is:
    1 & 1 = (4 Burpees) X ( the multiplier Ball)
    1 & 2 = (5 Dips) X ( the multiplier Ball)
    1 & 3 = (5 – 4 Count S. S. Hops) X ( the multiplier Ball)
    1 & 4 = (4 Pull-Ups) X ( the multiplier Ball)
    2 & 2 = (2 Sprints) X ( the multiplier Ball)
    2 & 3 = (5 Lt. Dans) X ( the multiplier Ball)
    2 & 4 = (10 – 2 Count Bicycles) X ( the multiplier Ball)
    3 & 3 = (5 Merkins) X ( the multiplier Ball)
    3 & 4 = (4 Surrenders) X ( the multiplier Ball)
    4 & 4 = (Shooters Choice) X ( the multiplier Ball)
We got to every exercise. Towards the end we were missing the multiplier ball quite often which gave us the opportunity to do a lot of the exercises 5 times. Turned out to be a lot of fun!! My legs are still sore from the surrenders, and the Lt. Dans.
We finished in the Circle of Trust
Jennay was the 6. He talked about how F3 has inspired him and how he is now looking for opportunities to help others.
