   32 degrees and rainy in the gloom of the ‘Be Awesome!!!’ beatdown. Pavement was icy and slick so I took the beatdown to the high spots of the fields. We started with the F3 mission statement and core values followed by the disclaimer. We paired off and ran through the 4 beatdown stations.
   Station #1
   5 Ladder Runs and Cut-Back Runs
   40 Back to Back Basketball Hand-offs
   Station #2
   25 Dips
   25 Side Straddle Hops (4 is 1)
   25 Imperial Walkers
   Station #3
   4 40 yard dashes
   50 Squats
   Station #4
   25 Lunges (2 is 1)
   30 Merkins – 10 Diamond, 10 Wide, 10 Standard
   REPEATO
   It did get muddy out there and we almost lost some shoes on the 40 yard dashes and the cut-back runs. Everyone manned up and pushed through and got through 3 to 4 rounds. Thanks to the PAX for bringing it and letting me lead you on such a cruddy day. We ended in the circle of trust.

   I was the 6 and talked about how my prayer for a good group of men to workout and pray with was answered within a day when Jennay EH-ed me and how I got my name “Huffy” from my love of mountain biking!

   Prayer Intentions:
   Prayer out to Q-Bert and family for the loss of his Grandma, the health of Landslides wife Kathy. We also thanked God for our good health and asked that He watches over our military personnel and our first responders. The PAX help me pack up my beatdown stuff. It was very appreciated!!
