   Workout: FoD Trick or Treat

   The “Thang”: Warm up with four count Side Straddle Hops and four count Windmills in cadence. Run one lap down the main Rolf parking lot and then through the lot running perpendicular to Cass Rd and back to starting point near pool building, which for the beatdown will constitute going from one “house” to another “house”. After warm up lap, YHC explained the workout. Pax will perform 13 Merkins and then choose a candy from the bucket. There are five candies, all equally represented. Each candy is an exercise which the PAX will perform 31 reps. They are:
   Hershey’s Original: American Hammers (2 ct is 1)
   Hershey’s Dark: Plank Jack Shoulder Taps (4 ct is 1)
   Mr. Goodbar: Big Boy Sit Ups
   Krackel: Squat with Air Press
   Hershey’s Gold: Peter Parker’s (4 ct is 1)

   After completing exercise, run to the next “house” (one lap), then perform 13 Merkins and select another candy. If you pick the same candy consecutively, perform 62 reps. Repeato until YHC calls time.

   Ended with:
   Count-O-Rama – Eight (Dutch was the 6)

   Sharing of the six – Dutch, who is surrounded by women (wife and daughters) on a constant basis loves the beatdowns and the male comradery. He also mentioned he talks to his friends maybe one a month or so and that he is developing more meaningful friendships through F3 and that is why he continues to post.

   Announcements – TuPac is doing an awesome job keeping the momentum going with the Hamburger Hill Monday evening beatdown at Sidecut, but he needs our help. Bagels is unable to Q and TuPac has commitments in November that will prevent him from Q’ing. If PAX members can step up and Q in his absence, he will be able to handle things come December. Let’s keep this Monday night AO going as there are some regulars who can’t post in the mornings and enjoy the evening option. Frog 2 on 11.10.18 @ 2:30am.

   Ball of Man – Prayers for the families and children who will be Trick or Treating tonight. Also, prayers for those voting next week and for our newly elected officials to guide and lead our country and citizens in the right direction.

   Spreadsheets from the Gloom: 60 degrees and windy – WAY better than the rain that was predicted! Montoya got hit with back to back Hershey’s Golds which equated to 31 Peter Parkers and then another 62 Peter Parkers. Much respect! We all got better today. It was an honor to lead.
