The Q showed up 1 minute late and we immediately jumped.

We began as usual with the Mission statement, the 5 core principles and the disclaimer about me being unprofessional and you vs you. A light rain kept us well lubricated throughout the workout.
Warmups started with 21s and were happy to have completed with no penalties. Next warmup exercises were the windmills.
We then mozied to the front of the building and the routine was laid out. Three rounds we planned but2 we never made it to the third round.
Round 1 consisted of the following
20 burpees, then full lap plus advance to next station
30 absolution then full lap plus advance to next station
40 Merkins then full lap plus advance to next station
50 mountain climbers then full lap plus advance to next station
Round 2 consisted of the following:
20 Donkey kicks and bear crawl to next station
30 Lt Dans and bear crawl to next station
40 Squats and bear crawl to next station
50 Big Boy situps and bear crawl to next station
Mercy rule kicked in before anyone finished the last station of round 2
No point of mentioning what was planned for station 3.
Q figured we underperformed and feel more work is needed to fulfill our potential
Ended in the usual COR NOR and COT
