Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    The Thang:

    Consistent movement. No breaks.

    Rest was always side straddle hops.

    Face stompers (Abs)
    Big boy sit up 20 x3 with plank between sets
    Run
    Side straddle hops
    10 box jumps with merkins ladder 10-1.
    Side straddle hops
    Run
    7 minute burner
    Merkins
    Burpees
    Mountain climbers
    High knees
    Fast feet
    Side straddle hops
    Jumps

    Each pax was exhausted at the end. We grounded for an hour straight with no rest. Good weather. Good workout. We all got leaner and meaner. It was an honor to lead.
