The morning kicked off with F3 principles, a you vs. you affirmation, and group stretching.
Start with 1 lap around the field.
Pair off into 2 or 3.
Start at the goal line,
10 Buddy merkins run 40yd
10 buddy merkins run to the other 40yd
10 buddy merkins run to the goal line
10 buddy merkins
Repent with 10 big boy situps
Repent with 10 squats
Then pax 1 runs stairs while other pax does merkins until they do total of100 merkins. (Took 2 rounds)
Catch me if you can Burpees. Line up in a line group starts to jog around the feild. Last person drops and does 3 burpees then runs to catch group, taga thr last pax in line who immediately drops and does 3 burpees while the other continues to until he is in the front of thre line. This repeats until everyone has a change to be in front.
Then pax 1 bear crawls to the 40yd line from the goal line while the other does burpees for 2 rounds.
Then Pax 1 does lunges to 40yd while pax 2 does burpees for 2 rounds.
Then Pax 1 sprints to the 50 yd line and back while pax 2 does 200 squats
End with COR, NOR, KY6, announcements, prayer intentions, BOM
