We started with the F3 mission statement and core principles.
We then moseyed on over to the football field.
I the told the story of February 1, 2009. On that day James Harrison’s made one of the most improbable and amazing interceptions in Super Bowl history! With time running out in the first half Kurt Warner forced a pass into the end zone where James Harrison’s stepped in front of the pass and intercepted the ball. This began the most improbable touchdown run in Super Bowl history which culminated with him doing a flying leap into the end zone for the score and a 17-7 Steelers lead at halftime. So today we paid tribute to that run by doing 100 yards sprints. A lot of 100 yard sprints!
We started in the end zone with 20 Burpees, then sprinted 100 yards to the opposite end zone for 1 big boy sit up. Then it was back to the other end for 19 Burpees. And so on and on and on. The group made it to between 11 and 6 burpees before we ran out of time.
We moseyed back over to Scott for our Circle of Trust
