5 brave PAX members assembled upon The Dawg House to get better this morning. Here is a summary of what we did.
Warm-Up
Jog around the football field
Run over to the stands and do 30 Dippin Dots = dips
Workout
Round 1 – Set of 15 exercises, jog to the other end of the field, 15 more of the same exercise, jog back to the beginning. Then start the next exercise. Repeato until you are done.
Apple Jacks = Side Straddle Hops – 4 = 1
Kix = Donkey Kicks
Captain Crunch = Big Boy Sit-ups – 2 = 1
Tony the Tiger = Standing Mountain Climbers – 4 = 1
Cheerios = leg circles – lay on the ground and make circles with your legs
Honey Nut Chex = pickle pounders
Cinnamon Toast Crunch = LBC’s – 2 = 1
Round 2
Shredded Wheat = Merkin Crawl – 5 Merkins, bear crawl 5 yards 5 merkins, bear crawl 5 yards until you reached the 50 yard line.
Special K = Krab Krawl – 5 Krab Kicks 1 = 1, Krab Walk 5 yards, 5 Krab kicks, Krab Walk 5 yards. Repeato until you get to the end zone.
