Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    Resist the dark side

We did 5 stations of manual resistance each station had 1 upper, lower, and core to it. HIMs paired up in groups of 2 to do the beatdown. The first lap around was upper the second lap was lower and the third lap was core. The HIMs had to travel to the next in a different way. Here’s the laps

    Station 1
    Shoulder press – 20 reps
Leg curls – 10 reps each leg
    Squats – 40
    Bear crawl to station 2

    Station 2
    Lateral raises – 20 reps
Lateral hips – 10 reps each leg
    American hammers – 40
    Run to station 3

    Station 3
Rear delta- 10 reps each arm
Leg extensions – 10 reps each leg
    Cruches – 40
    Crab walk to station 4

    Station 4
    Front raises – 20 reps
Hip adduction – 10 reps each leg
Side bends – 20 each side
    Lunges to station 5

    Station 5
    Merkins – 20
Hip extensions – 10 reps each leg
    Starfish sit ups – 40
    Walk to station 1

The pax for through all of laps one and two I believe and most of three. After countoramma and nameoramma we also did 21 burbees in honor of Riley Howell who sacrificed his safety for others.

Chew toy was the six he has been a huge inspiration to me and many other HIMs.

Prayers for family and friends health, the team doin the start course in Chicago. I believe there where a couple of others I don’t remember

It was an honor to be able to lead these men this morning. May the 4th be with you.
