Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Track circuit with 4 stationary exercises (LBCs, Merkins, Plack Jacks, Shoulder Taps) and various methods of travel to each station (Power Skips, Sprint, Backward Sprint, Carioca, Walking Lunges). Moved as one in a clockwise direction for one lap then doing the same circuit in reverse (20 reps @ each station). Repeated two more sequences, dropping by 5 reps each sequence.

    Mayor was the 6 and announced intention to attend service on Saturday, June 22 in Detroit for a Revolutionary War and War of 1812 hero who was also a slave. Looking for volunteers to drive with him to attend the Detroit beatdown that morning, have breakfast, and then ruck to the fort for the service. Prayer intentions for Smokey’s surgery this week, the passing of a Northview parent, and being thankful for Trojan’s brother passing his 2-year cancer-free milestone.
