Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
Today the iron pax’s lesson plan got dusted off for the seven pax’s that showed up.
Warm up was ssh.
Move to track.
50 squats
40 big boy sit ups
30 merkins
20 plyo lunges
10 burpees
1 lap around the track
Repeato 4 x
With the time left we ran to the library did 20 dips and ran back.
Sleeves was the 6 and gave props to his dad on Father’s Day.
The pax’s were: Sleeves, Mayor, Dr Nick, Nails, Sideshow, Tupac, and Sipe.
