Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

We did a quick review of the 5 core principle and the 3 Fs then made our way to the track. YHC did his best to estimate the amount of time we’d need to get today’s workout in and 50 minutes was the target. The workout is the “intermediate” version of the “Bert.” We set the timer to 50 minutes, turned up the Beastie Boys and got after it.
The Thang:

In impressive fashion, all pax were able to complete the workout within the allotted 50 minutes. We made our way back to the parking lot and circled up.

The Six – Honeymoon with some strong words on humility. Brevity is still not his strong suit but we’ll get there.
