Start Point
Bear crawl forward 4 steps (first person to get there is the where the rest stop), do 1 MERKIN, 1 Plank Jack, Remain in plank (High or Low) position the whole time till the 6 is done
Repeat adding 1 rep to each exercise each time – bear crawl forward 4 steps, do 2 merkins, 2 plank jacks, do 3 merkins, 3 plank jacks
When you get to the cone and 6 has finished his exercise, All take one lap around the track and return back to that Cone (Pick up the 6).
Exercise coming back TO the Start Spot (starting spot is the cone)
One Air Squat, one smurf jack one Broad Jump, Remain doing Al Gore till the 6 is done.
Repeat adding 1 rep to each exercise each time- 2 Air Squats, 2 smurf jack, 2 Broad Jumps, three Air Squats, three smurf jack three Broad Jumps…
When you get to the cone and 6 has finished his exercise, All take one lap around the track and return back to that Cone (Pick up the 6).

We were able do to only 2.
6 was Mayor, talked about being fit playing hockey, did not realize that doing F3 would be physically challenging, More than that is the people that like Klinger and Ollie who started F3 left an impact on him, there is more to F3 than fitness.
