First ½ of Workout – Blocks and Cones
Each round of exercises lasts a minute and each round of active rest lasts a minute
Going to cycle through 5 exercises, with a minute active rest in between each set. Repeato. So the total time is 20 minutes.
1 minute of Block curls, then 1 minute of step-ups
American Hammers with a Block and plank twists
Thrusters and mozie
Bent Over Rows and butt kicks
Manmakers and mozie
Second ½ of Workout – EMOM
This is an EMOM – every minute on the minute. 3 sets, each set takes 5 minutes → 15 minutes plus explaining time
1st minute – 10 merkins then squats
2nd minute – 12 merkins then squats
3rd minute – 14 merkins then squats
4th minute – 16 merkins then squats
5th minute – 18 merkins then squats
Minute rest and get ready for the next round
This time the pattern is slow motion merkins and crunchy frogs
