Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!
Miranda V-Q’d at the Stone Wolfe track and bleachers for an “Ash Wednesday” beatdown. 14 men worked through the following three stations after a brief warmup of Side Straddle Hops and Old Man Windmills. The idea was to start on the ground and add “elevation” at each station, recalling that we are dust but that we are invited to rise from the ashes:

It was truly an honor to lead a workout for the first time. Learned what worked well. Learned where there is room for improvement. Will continue to practice my cadence!
