Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

    Traditional warm-up of side straddle hops, windmills and slow peter parker leg stretches

    Modified ladder with an exercise in the middle.
    Round 1
    10 Merkins + 10 Mountain Goats (4 is 1) head to the other side and do 2 Burpees in the middle, then do 1 Lunges (2 is 1) + 1 Crunchy Frog Legs (2 is 1) then 2 burpees in the middle on your way back.
    9 Merkins + 9 Mountain Goats, 2 burpees, 2 Lunges + 2 Crunchy Frog Legs, 2 burpeees
    Repeato the pattern until you end with 1 Merkin +1 Mountain Goat, 2 Burpees, 10 Lunges + 10 Crunchy Frog Legs then final 2 burpees

    Then 2 down and backs

    Round 2 – same flow as before with different exercises
    10 Slo-Mo Merkins + 10 Captain American Hammers (2 is 1), then 2 Inchworms, 1 Squat Jump + 11 Smurf Jack

    Good solid beatdown, lasted a little too long so I would modify a bit, round one was longer than round 2.

    PAX members in attendance – Trinity, Cogs, Patch, Tucky, Mole, Pinewood, Hedgehog, Chum, FNG = Mulcahy, Speedo, Nails, Sipe, Johnny, Poodle, Brute, and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker.

    Pinewood was the 6 and the FNG, who was brought by Speedo, is now Mulcahy.
