   QIC – Dauber
   PAX – 14 – Sideshow, Gap, Worm, Cogs, Brute, Rose, Romano, Trinity, Hustle, Modell, Klinger, Poodle, Dauber

   After a brief review of the F3 principles, YTC shared a brief story about the 101st Airborne and the “Battling Bastards of Bastogne” felt it was appropriate with the cold to gain a little perspective.

   We honored Lt. Michael Murphy by completing his favorite workout:
   1 Mile ( 4 laps around Stranahan)
   100 Pullups – modifications: Dips, swing pull ups
   200 Merkins
   300 Air Squats
   1 Mile ( 4 laps around Stranahan) Most of the PAX took care of the 6 and did an extra lap

   BOM -YTC apologized for not having a shovel flag (We used the School Flag instead). We prayed for Mayor’s relative, Colt DelVerne, Romano’s sister-in-law, and warmth. Reminder to that leaders put themselves out in front and take risks to keep their group safe and when life has you surrounded you just have to say “Nuts” and keep battling the “Bastards of Bastogne”. It was an honor and inspiration to lead you fellas in the gloom.

   Moleskin – Rose did his 2 miles at the end due to alarm issues, Great to see Brute back out getting after it. Poodle celebrated his 2nd month by doing his 3rd Murph.
