The Thang:
16 pax lined up for an Icy Hot beatdown at The Ant Hill.
Somewhat of a repeato from last week at Dawg House with Slow PT work followed by 150-ish meter sprints down and back. All work in cadence, or as Klinger requested since it wasn’t true blue Army cadence – colonel count.
Exercises down in groups of 10 were as follows and all exercises were down very slow with holds at bottom or top depending upon the exercise.
Merkins (4 sets of 10)
Squats (3 sets of 10)
Klinger Kicks (2 sets of 10)
Absolutions (3 sets of 10)
Mountain Climbers (2 sets of 10)
Burpees (4 sets of 10)
Every exercise was had a hold at the count. All pax, especially Sir Kitty, were none to pleased at the beginning expecting the workout to be a slow and soft one. By round 3 the complaints turned to silent grunts of discomfort and unhappiness…
