    After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work. The beatdown was simple: men formed into teams of 3-4 men and got to work. Each team could decide how they were going to finish the beatdown. There were 30 exercises to be performed in any order in cadence, starting with 30 reps down to 5 reps for each of their last 5 exercises.

    Next time, YHC will be sure to give instructions for those groups finishing within the timeframe; i.e. run a lap and join another group until finished.

    Next was COR, NOR and KT6: Extra Extra shared how he heard of F3 by reading a newspaper and at his first post, the guys were so impressed that he actually still read a newspaper that is how he got his name.

    In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Landslide’s wife who will be coming home from the hospital next week, Hustle’s new niece, Dirty’s family, and our troops and first responders.

    The Thang:

    Men formed into teams of 3 or 4 and set out to choose their own discomfort. Each team could decide the order to do the 30 exercises, but had to start with 30 reps of the first exercise, then 29 of the next, 28 of the next and so on down to the last 5 exercises. Each of the last 5 exercises got 5 reps. Exercises were:

    Big Boy Sit-Ups
