Core principles were verbalized, followed up with the warm-up:
25 SSH in cadence, followed by 16 ‘Squamperial walkers’ (a squat with an imperial mixed in at the top of the squat).
Da thang (4 corners of 50):
As a pax, but OYO, we started out with 50 burpees; then jogged to another corner of the school, for 50 air squats; jogged to the ‘3rd’ corner, and did 50 American Hammers (2 is 1); finally, to the last corner of the school for 50 SSH.
Next round at corner 1, we did 50 Merkins; corner 2: 50 imperial walkers (2 is 1); 3rd corner: hanging from the monkey bars, we did 50 knee tucks (modifier was a crunchy frog on the ground); corner 4: 50 SSH.
Next and final round at corner 1, we did 50 shoulder taps (2 is 1); corner 2: 50 calf raises; corner 3: 50 supermans; corner 4: 50 SSH.
We jogged around the school to finish the beatdown with this: each set was 1 burpee, 2 air squats, and 3 American hammers (2 is1), for a total of 10 sets.
COR, NOR, followed by ‘The 6’, who was Bullock. He has lost a total of 70 lbs since he started this melee! Much respect to him and his effort to be a HIM. Aye!

I appreciate the 8 men who showed up this morning. They showed no negative emotions and stayed positive during the beatdown, with all of us pushing to work harder and crush the workout. I am always humbled and privileged to lead and look forward to many more.
