On this day 10 pax’s took on the Iron Sipe.
We started with ssh and then went right to sally.
Next we did 10 pull ups, 20 decline merkins, 50 lbc’s, 5 close grip pull ups, and one lap around the track 4 times.
We then did leg drops.
Next we did 10 chin ups, 20 hr merkins, 50 lbc’s, 5 vaulter pull ups, a lap around the track, and leg drops.
The pax’s were Klinger, Colonel, Tidwell, Hustle, Trojan, Dory, Mole, Ollie, Scrooge, and Sipe.
