Today’s BB is brought to you by the fine officer of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and ODOT Mike. Without them I would not have been able to post this BB. You’ll have to ask me in person next time you see me to get full story. It was 70 mins of the kindness of humanity at on display.

    QIC – Stark
PAX – Kitty, Ollie, Cyclone, Kedo, Rose, Brute, Colonel, Splinter, Jimmy Dean, Pinball, Pixar, Hedgehog, Hacksaw, Springs, Brita, Mater, Cogsworth

YHC arrived early to setup a cone field in the newly paved parking lot for some stretching drills. As the early PAX rolled in I gave them some lunge, high knee, and 50% sprint drills to do to warm the legs up. Once 5:30 hit we could get right into the main course.
Today’s goal was to run the short 1.1 mile loop of the red trail. I think part of the time we were on that section…part of the time we went elsewhere. But thanks to Hacksaw, who knew the trails well, we maintained some sense of togetherness. His assist was greatly appreciated by YHC. For the most part the groups of the different paces set off. As the time approached 6:00 the different groups took it upon themselves to start heading in. Hacksaw lead the first group to return in a quick Beep Test with the cones that were setup. Again, go audible and assist by the Saw. The next group of 3 exited the woods and joined right into the Beep test. And shortly after that the final group of 5 came out to bring our count to the 18 we started with. 3-4.5 miles were achieved by most PAX depending on pace today.

Good run today boys. As Cogs pointed out our examples of Hacksaw and Jimmy Dean and others the transformations they have experienced by dedication and effort into their fitness goals. So keep posting. No matter your pace, it is faster then the fartsack.

COR, NOR, Brute was the 6 and we learned he got a pre-launch tweak approved to his name.
Prayers for Riley, Bryan, Our Independence, safe 4th of July for our families and all those that serve our country.

    We are Blessed.
