   Teach Jimmy Dean How to Run Better

   PAX: Ozzie, Hedgehog, Rose, Cogsworth, Splinter, Colonel, Brute, Jeter, Glitch, Mickey, Springs, Jazzy C, Jimmy Dean (Q)

   After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, YHC went over the designated route for the morning with the instruction that the gazelles turn around about 15 minutes into the run as it would become apparent YHC would be in the back of the pack.

   We ran south on Holland-Sylvania Rd to the University Parks Bike Trail and headed east for the run before turning around and returning to Ant Hill.

   When we returned, the group did wind sprints as we waited for all the runners to return. Cogsworth led us in some cool down stretches before we circled up for our COT.

   Next was COR, NOR and know the 6. Hedgehog shared how he enjoyed watching other men completely revolutionize their lives as a result of getting right with their diet and joining up with F3. Most recently, Billy Bob shared his life change in the last 8 months on GroupMe and we all celebrated that.

   In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Froman’s father, Cogsworth’s mother-in-law, Jeter’s child, as well as our troops and first responders.

   It was great to get out and run with these men; I would never get out and run on my own.
