Judgement Free Run

Q: Ticket
PAX: Sipe, Ollie, Ozzie, Cogsworth, Private Pile, Ticket (Q)
6 men gathered in the balmy 70 degree gloom to get in a judgement free run. YHC reviewed F3’s 5 core principles and asked the PAX how much they wanted to run. YHC offered up several routes for the PAX to get in their desired mileage. All routes led to Planet Fitness.
Once we had routes straight, the PAX started on their run. The 6 of us all put in 3-4 miles. We finished up back at Ant Hill and cooled down with a few sprints between cones supplied by Sipe.
We closed it out in the COT for the COR, NOR, Know the Six (YHC), announce-a-rama (billiards and darts 10-15, Family Ruck 10-27, and the Frog II 11/10) and closed it up with BOM with prayers for Bluto’s daughter, Hedgehog, the families that lost loved ones in a limo crash in Albany, NY last weekend, to make each day of our short time on earth count, and for patience and perseverance in our pursuit of impacting ourselves, our families, and our communities.
