   Well YHC was feeling a little under the weather this morning, but had to kick the pig in the balls this morning to get outta bed and get to the Run. Started with circling up and the 5 core principles and a quick explanation of the Run. The idea was to run 20 minutes down the UT Bike trail and turn around and beat your time back. After a slow start we were off when all of the sudden we see a car coming in hot, with Ticket jumping out while the car was still in motion we were on our way to the bike trail. The gazelles at the front of the pack state they say a skunk or bigfoot, I’m unsure which it really was but they decided to turn around before 20 minutes. The crew in the back decided to call it good at 2 miles out to get 4 miles in.

   Always an honor to lead this group and thanks for the push on the run. It was great seeing Kitty back out and hope the knee is feeling better.
