There were two members of our PAX . Ozzie snd Cogsworth. Ran four miles on the UT trail had some deep conversations about life and family.
On a rainy cold morning 6 Pax members had a 4-4.5 miles run at the University of Toledo trail. These members included John Henry, Ticket, Hedgehog, Mr. Belding, Rose, Ozzie, and yours truly. We began by mentioning the five core principles of F3. Concluded run and proceeded to do circle of trust and praying intentions for our loved ones, and those who find themselves in tough situations.
