It is the first Thursday of the month, a cold and windy one. If you come to Ant Hill on the first Thursday of the month, you’ll be doing the Murph.
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
Finish with a 1 Mile Run
NOR – Irish Springs, Thong Song, Dory, Flush, Honeymoon, Johnny, Sipe, Tupac, Tucky and Mole as Q
COT – Johnny was the 6 and delivered a nice message for the group.
