During a nice cold crisp morning 14 PAX members made themselves present for a non stop HIIT work out at 5:30 am. The 5 core principles of F3 were presented. These members included: Hustle, Vance refrigerator, Mailman, Ticket, Biggie, Tupac, Sipe, Honeymoon, Bullock, Snails, Tucky, Mayor, Stamper, and Cogsworth.
The parking lot was set with 5 cones every 10 yards. At the starting point there were variou exercise cards with each individual randomly chose and had to read out loud to describe the exercise and lead the repetitions in cadence. Once the exercise was done we ran divided as a group. Fourteen different exercises were done for 35 minutes. Once exercises were done we ran around the school once and finished with a stretching session. Counterama, nameorama was completed along with CoT.
