This morning 10 outstanding gentlemen arrived early to enjoy block thrusters, pull ups, walking lunges with twist and weight, wall sit curls, active rest was LBC and big boys while stargazing in the clear air. Farmers carry’s, palumalus, and a native run with block coupon, 2.5 times through.
