The Thang:
We tried to finish the ladder workout from Faith Hill on Monday…10 Reps for each movement. We mapped out a 100 yard area and started with 1 rep, then ran 100 yards and did 9 reps, back 100 yards and did 2 reps, etc.
We had 3 Rounds but only got through 2.5 rounds. The rounds were:
1. Ascending Gentlemen and Sit ups
2. Horsey Ups and SSH
3. Carolina Dry Dock and LBCs
COT: COR, NOR, 6, Announcements, and Prayers.
