Da thang: 8 of us showed up for the return to Ant Hill, after a hiatus due to the Covid pandemic. The pax were in full anticipation on what we were about to do. After seeing my ruck sack on and not having done a Murph in awhile, most knew what we were about to do. We started with a HALF murph, so we could ‘ease’ our way into a full one next month. When we were all finished we went over to the swings. From one end to the other, we held ourselves in an Australian pull-up position. We then went to a hanging position, and went back and forth 2 full times. We next did the same thing, but doing Merkins. We did 25 knee swing tucks and 25 LBCs, then 15 and 15. Lastly, I had 4 of the pax give their favorite ab exercise and did 15 reps, including American Hammers, pickle pounders, ABCs up to the letter ‘M’, and then windshield wipers.
COR, NOR. The ‘6’ was Sideshow. This guy has as much heart as any of the pax and his persistence to get better is commendable.
