    Da pax: Mole, Irish Springs, Johnny, Beaker, Jimmie Dean, Otto, Recall, Hustle.

    This was a ‘no name workout’ but the pax were told to bring a cinder block. From about 25 yards away from the monkey bars is where we started:

    5 front squats to presses
    10 toe taps on the cinder block (2 is 1)
    15 cinder swings
    20 LBCs
    x 10 rounds.

    After each round we jogged to the monkey bars for 5 toes-to-bars or 5 (2 is 1) hanging knee oblique raises.

    I then put myself in front of the pax with the cinder block going horizontally in regards to our bodies. They ‘followed the leader’ (i.e. me) and we did Merkins starting on one side of the block, then progressing our way to other side with Merkins on the block, and then back. Repeato fashion after getting to the starting position, but the block was placed vertical to our bodies.

    Lastly, we held the blocks overhead, and in domino fashion lowered it to a front squat and then back to overhead press hold, going through 3x.

    COR, NOR.

    The ‘6’ was Otto and gave a high quality rendition of F3’s meaning to him and its impact it has had on him.
