Basketball is back…….maybe beatdown

Shook off some early rain to get after it. Started with 5 Core and SSH to warm up. Jogged to playground for some station work.
Stations (40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest):
1-dips; step ups
2-leg tucks; shoulder pull ups
3-cinder block deadlift; jump rope
4-burpee; nolan Ryan
5-pull ups; cinder block curls
6-merkins; john travolta
***shuffle down and back for 40 seconds; also did ladders, high knees, butt kicks*** in between
-hoops-In teams of 3 one man dribbled to school and came back to dunk the ball while the other pax performed the below exercises.
Imperial; squats; air presses, calf raises, wide merkins, lt dans;
Skinny Bullock continues to impress with his dunks (even tried between the legs), Seemed like revenge for high school coaches that didn’t see the talent. Fat Bullock couldn’t dunk 2 years ago when he first came out. Great Progress. Jeter had a great showing for a wrestler and coming off knee surgery. Danica had other notable dunks….
The Nantan Brute brought the house down with a 360 to finish the beatdown, it was electrifying!
