PRACTICALLY THE WEEKEND
PAX: Hustle, Hedgehog, Ollie, Johnny, Smails, Tupac (6), Pinewood (Q)
Started at 5:30 with the 5 Core Principles of F3 and the mission statement. Counted off by twos to split up into 2 groups and then moseyed on to explain the beatdown.
The BEATDOWN:
Three stations were set up with 60yds between stations 1 and 2 as well as stations 2 and 3. The PAX stayed within their group completing each station and then moving to the next.
Station 1: 40 Merkins, 30 Lunges (1:1), 20 Klinger (2:1)
SPRINT to Station 2
Station 2: 40 Curls (w/ bands), 30 Seated Rows (w/ bands), 20 Squat Jumps
SPRINT to Station 3
Station 3: 40 LBFC (Little Boy Flutter Crunch), 30 Wall Sit Leg Lift (1:1), 20 Groiners
Mosey around the building to Station 1
PAX crushed it with 3 full rotations before circling back up in the COT. Sadly one group did realize how Ollie improves his LBFC which is not PG but feel free to ask him his secret!
COT:
Did count-o-rama, name-o-rama. Tupac (2-pack) was the 6 and had strong words on why he came out and why he keeps coming out. Announcements, praryers requests and ended w/ a prayer.
