Park on the west side of the lake at the first shelter.

Side straddles
Imperial walkers
Quarter 1- 8 minutes of upper 20 reps -down and back – 100 yards
– merkins
– Dry docks
– Reverse plank 45 secs
– Close grips
Quarter 3- 8 minutes of core

5 minutes al gore
Quarter 4- 8 minutes of full body

5 burpees
10 snatches
5 big boys
10 step ups
Increase 5 reps on snatches and step ups
Until 25
Get in circle – w brick
