Intro
Foot ball warmups
– butt kicks
– High knees
– Karaoke
– Side shuffle
Frisbee passes
– land it on the center of the path at least twenty yards out. If you do no burpees. Just 15 reps of merkins, squats and big boys
– If you land it off the path add two burpees before the exercises
– We did 6-7 sets of each. Last two we had to fly it over twenty yards and on the path or do ten burps.
Football based

Bear crawls 7s – 20 yard

6 minutes of abs
Crunch frogs, 1 minute planks,
