GET WEIGHTED, GET STRONGER…
11 joined me at the shack. We promptly left at 5:15 am with the core principles, warm humid day but got our 4.2miles in, briskly. Was great to see 3 other site Qs show up. Home Slice was the 6th, share his name (second time this week for him) moved from the Maumee area, in Toledo now. Shared his enjoyment of F3, when prompted by Nougat about virtual F3, he took that on last year and embraced it.
