We started at 5:15 with the core principles, the morning was cooler at 68F we were able to do only 3.6miles. Supposed to be a nature ruck but due to the lack of moonlight and with only 3 people having headlamps, we stuck to the path. Riggins was the 6th, shared that the great group of guys motivated him to keep pushing through injuries and he has not met a bad cookie in the bunch of us. Prayers for compassion and CCs Niece who has Viral meningitis. Prayers for BVVR for the family due to the loss of his grandmother.
