We started at 5:15 with the core principles and warmer morning 38F, stayed on the side walk, walked down Parkside Blvd to Avondale Ave and turned back through the amphitheatre to the AO. Completed 3.63 miles averaging 16.40/mile pace.
In the COT prayed for Riggins Dad intestinal cancer recovery. Prayers of celebration on Colleen 6th Birthday (Nougats daughter).
