Caddyshack Ruck!

We rucked the Jermain Park mountain bike trails east along N. Cove and then turned south following the trail along Upton ave. Made a turn to the west and hugged the trail along the Ottawa River back to the amphitheater for some PT: Squats, Imperial Walkers, Mercans. followed the access road to the west and then took the steep climb up to the clearing near the end of the roundabout. Went back down the path to the access road and went east to take the steep climb again. Went through the clearing near the end of the roundabout and west along the paved path down behind the playground. We kept westward on that to the Ottawa Park mountain bike trail and walked that until we hit the north/south access road which we followed north to return us back up to the walking path and then east to the parking lot for the shelter.
Coupons were two tiki torches and a fire extinguisher.
6: Wilson, he shared that rucking is a lot like what we experience in real life as men, shouldering the extra load and making the best out of it.
