An Easy Ruck day with some PT sprinkled in, stopped at 4 spots and did 7-8 reps of Merkins, Dead lifts, overhead press and curls. Walked to Old Orchard area and back to Site to get in 3.1 miles in total.
Beaker had a fire going, had 2nd F around the fire with some macaroons, Egg Nog and coffee.
