Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.

    We started with the mission statement and the Core Principles.
    All exercises will be completed in rounds of 21 in honor of the late, great Roberto Clemente
    Warm up: 21 Side Straddle Hops
    Warm up: Ran to the roundabout and back.
    Finishes in the field.
    PAX lined up at one set of cones in the field for 21’s
    We started with 20 burpees, ran to the other side and did 1 squat..
    Round continues by decreasing the reps on the first side and increasing them on the other.
    If a PAX completed the entire Beatdown, they would have done 210 Burpees and 210 Squats.
    Pacer and Lavar finished the entire Round.
    At 6:40 we mosied back to the flag and competed a 100 second plank in honor of Charmins 100th post!
    We then did count-o-rama, Huckelberry was the 6, announcements and prayer intentions.
