Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.
Another beautiful beatdown at the Commoms. We started with the Mission Statement, the Core Principles and the Disclaimer. The PAX was:

We went right into the beatdown. As we made our way around the Commons we did :
Diamond Merkins X 10 at every bench
Jump Squats X 10 at every garbage can
Alternating LBCs X 20 at every fire Hydrant
We changes to the following on the way back:
Wide Merkins X 10 at every bench
Smurf Jacks X 20 at every garbage can
American Hammers X 20 at every fire Hydrant and Handicap Parking
We eventually worked burpees in and ended the beatdown with 20 dips at the fire pit.
We ended in the COT, I happened to be the 6. Thia Guy announce the activity for the inclusive playground fundraising.. We finished in prayer. Thanks to the PAX for the effort and the fellowship. You guys are awesome!!
