After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work. Today’s variation of tabata was inspired by Ollie’s Q at the Oasis a few weeks back.
In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Nougat’s cousin-in-law, Rocketman and Socrates.

THE THANG: Tabata-style workout. 90 seconds on, repeated til failure.
Each station consisted of 4 exercises and started with 5 reps of each exercise. Upon completion of 5 reps, the remaining time was used to rest until the next 90 seconds. The 2nd set of each round was 6 reps, 3rd set was 7, etc. until failure.
On the round of failure, it’s OK to go into the next round’s time to complete. i.e. if a Pax made it to 11 reps, but only got 3 of the 4 exercises in before the 90 seconds, he would use the next 90 seconds to finish the round and rest before starting the next round’s exercises.
Upon the round of failure, the Pax would move to the next station and repeat the concept.
